The venue is clean and big size with very very helpful and attentive staff members. The room is tastefully decorated and well-appointed with private bathroom. The hotel provides a good service. Thank you for a fine stay.

The hotel was clean with courteous staff on reception desk. It was in a great and unbeatable location really close to Casa-Port railway. This property was in a great area close enough to trains, trams, and market, the Hassan II Mosque and very nice eateries.

Location: the hotel was so close to the harbor and train terminal, and Casa Port railway station. Sidi Belyout district was definitely worth visiting.

It was not possible to turn the ventilation in the bathroom off. This was a little bit noise in the night... Be Carefull, they charge more on the bill than they said before on this website!!!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The standard double room had all the amenities we needed, including climate control, a flat-screen television, and a writing desk. Everything worked perfectly during our stay. The hotel's location, just a 20-minute walk from central Casablanca, was very convenient. Additionally, we were delighted to find that free Wi-Fi was available.

I was charged full price from the hotel on checkout, they said the voucher was for reservations only. Please help with having the charges reversed. I classed the value as poor due to having to pay double

The staff was courteous and helpful. All the Ibis hotels in Morocco are located across from the train station which is very convenient. They have an excellent train service in Morocco.

The only negative experience is that we thought breakfast was included in the rate based on the advertisement online but later found out on our bill that it was not.
